Clock Tower Dental wants to help you smile again with their premiere dental implant procedure, Smile in a Day™. You can restore your smile in just one day, with a virtually painless procedure that provides you with permanently fixed arches and teeth that are ready for immediate use. With Smile in a Day, you can replace your top teeth, your bottom teeth or even your whole mouth!

With Smile in a Day, you will be able to:

  • Easily chew food again
  • Close up those missing gaps in your smile
  • Have better oral health because your implants will be able to stimulate your jaw
  • Not worry about having your teeth slip
  • Restore your confidence and your smile

The Smile in a Day procedure uses a minimally-invasive implant technique, with only four dental implants, that provides our patients with a fixed full-arch prosthesis on the day of the procedure. The Smile in a Day procedure eliminates the need for time-consuming bone grafting by tilting the posterior implants and using existing bone for your implants.

If you are currently wearing dentures and you are either tired of wearing them or if they are loose and ill-filling, the Smile in a Day procedure will provide you with permanent teeth. If you are losing teeth or have missing teeth, the Smile in a Day may be what you need to restore the smile you have always wanted.

The Smile in a Day implant procedure uses only four titanium dental implants, instead of a dental implant for each and every missing or diseased tooth, that are precisely placed into the jawbone and gums. Because the dental implant is made of titanium, it is able to fuse to your living bone and function as part of your bone preventing future bone loss in your jaw. The implants will act as a strong anchor that will attach your new permanent replacement teeth and restore your smile.

To begin your Smile in a Day procedure, you will meet with your dentist to develop a treatment plan. This may include scans, X-rays, impressions, and photos. After your consultation, you will be scheduled for your procedure. Teeth that cannot be saved are removed during a three to four-hour visit and a temporary restoration will be placed. During this procedure, the four dental implants are placed and are given time to heal before your new permanent teeth are fastened. A temporary restoration is placed and will remain for the next six months while healing takes place and your implants fuse into the bone, also known as osseointegration. Your new smile will look great and feel great but it’s a temporary solution until your permanent teeth are created.

After your six month healing time, you will come back to the office so that impressions for your permanent customized smile can be made.

About six months after your procedure, your prosthesis is exchanged for your final, permanent smile with a non-surgical appointment. Your final teeth are stronger than your first set of teeth and are reinforced with a titanium bar or Zirconia.

The cost of having a Smile in a Day can vary depending on the material that is used to create your teeth and how many teeth need to be replaced. We do take your dental insurance into consideration. We also know how important this procedure is and because of this, we offer CareCredit® so you can get the care you need, and we also offer dental financing so you can make payments that are affordable.
